Menopause is often a taboo topic, with limited awareness about women’s well-being during this stage. To address this, we propose a video series featuring women sharing their mental health journeys, alongside roadshows to educate on hormonal imbalances and menopause. Scientific insights will also be shared on social media to foster greater understanding.

My Role:

As the Marketing Executive, my responsibilities included:

- UGC Campaigns: Reaching out to content creators, drafting content briefs, and following up with creators to ensure high-quality videos. These user-generated videos were later used for paid ads and organic TikTok content, boosting brand visibility and sales.

- Video Production: Directing and overseeing the production of video content for the brand, including the "Let's Talk About Menopause" series, which featured real women discussing their menopause journeys.

- Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively participating in roadshows, giving sales talks, educating customers about Nomeno’s benefits, and closing deals. I was recognized by the General Manager for my ability to drive sales and connect with customers.

- Campaign Strategy: Collaborating with the team to create ad strategies that leveraged the UGC videos and sales insights to maximize ROI.

Results:
