A Campaign That Revives Mandai Golf Course's Reputation
Mandai Golf Course faced negative feedback that impacted customer trust. To rebuild its image, wlaunched the 12-month "We Want You Back" campaign on social media. Through a mix of content creation and strategic channel activation, we produced engaging videos featuring facility upgrades and user-generated testimonials, shared on Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) to reach both local audiences and Chinese travelers. We also managed reputation by responding thoughtfully to negative Google reviews and inviting customers back to experience the improvements. This multi-channel approach successfully revived interest and trust, positioning Mandai Golf Course as a premier golfing destination in Singapore.
