My Role:

As the Project Lead, I was responsible for a range of tasks, including:

- Content Strategy Development: Designed a content strategy tailored to FT2’s objectives, focusing on building brand awareness, showcasing their expertise, and generating qualified leads for consultations.

- Content Creation: Developed a variety of content formats (video, images, and text) that demonstrated FT2’s interior design services, from before-and-after transformations to design tips and client testimonials.

- Talent & Interior Designer Engagement: Coordinated with relevant acting talent and worked closely with FT2's interior designers to ensure the content authentically represented the design process and brand values.

- Scripting: Created compelling scripts for the video content, ensuring a balance of educational value and emotional appeal to potential clients considering renovation services.

- Video Direction: Directed the video shoots, working closely with the interior designers to showcase their design expertise and with the talent to ensure the final product was engaging and informative.

- Post-Production Collaboration: Directed the editing team to create polished, visually engaging content that aligned with the campaign’s goals and branding.

- Collaboration with Ad Team: Worked with the ad team to ensure content was optimized for lead generation and effectively targeted the right audience.

Results:
